1918 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by 1918. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1918 platform (including the website, mobile app, or related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 1918 platform. Continued use of the platform following any updates to the Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 1918 platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our services. This platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 1918 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same user are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
1918 reserves the right to request identity verification (identification documents) at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
- Use the platform only for lawful and personal purposes.
- Do not attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Not using bots, automated scripts, or third-party tools to exploit the platform.
- Do not engage in financial fraud or use unauthorised payment methods.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation.
- Using funds obtained through illegal means for deposits.
- Manipulating the bonus or promotions system in an unauthorised manner.
- Sharing or selling your account to another party.
- Spreading false information that may damage the platform's reputation.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and legal action where necessary. 1918 reserves the right to act at its sole discretion in all such matters without any obligation to provide detailed explanations to the users involved.
Payment & Transaction Information MYR
All transactions on the 1918 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX (Instant Payment Service), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local bank transfers listed on the platform.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to the limits displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the 1918 account holder.
- All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your gaming account.
- Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform.
- 1918 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification is completed, where required.
- Any transaction suspected of fraud will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements stated separately.
The platform is not responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, including banks, eWallets, or payment gateways.
Limitation of Liability
The 1918 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without ongoing warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to every user's specific needs.
To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, 1918 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of betting funds due to technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or game outcomes.
Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. 1918 does not provide financial advice and is not liable for any losses incurred from betting activity.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Terms Amendments
1918 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Detected fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Multiple account registrations by the same user.
- Voluntary closure request from the user.
- User found to be under 18 years of age.
All content on the 1918 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 1918.
- Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
- Links to third-party websites do not imply that 1918 endorses their content.
1918 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
